James Walker is the founder, photographer and producer at Cairn Visuals.

After a 25 year career as a police officer, James has been working as a photographer since 2018 although he has been taking photographs for over three decades.

A lifetime of public service does not just evaporate overnight so he was naturally drawn to using photography as a means to connect services and people who need them. While commercial clients help pay the bills, James’ passion sits squarely in the community.

Clients include The Heritage Trust Network, The Coalfields Community Landscape Partnership and We Make Kilmarnock.

It was through these projects that the idea of launching a social enterprise was born.

Stuart Alexander is the creative director & visual artist, equally grounded in live-action filmmaking and digital production.

With 15 years of experience across music, fashion, and advertising, his practice now extends into the development of a photorealistic AI video toolset for next-generation production.

He is a very experienced Film & Creative Director, Cinematographer, Video Editor, CGI & VFX Artist and AI Video Toolset Developer.

Stuart has 15 years of leading campaign strategy and creating music videos, fashion promos, and social media films behind him. This has led to over 700 million video views generated across online platforms.

Stuart has;

• Served as creative lead: directing, shooting, and editing productions end-to-end while overseeing multidisciplinary teams.

• Developed a proprietary cinematic AI video toolset, reducing production budgets by up to 60%
