Cairn Visuals Ltd Policies.
Thanks for taking the time to delve into the less glamorous but more detailed side of the business. Whether you are a potential client or funder we want to reassure you that we have everyone’s best interests at heart.
As we work predominantly in clients premises or in public spaces it is difficult to be as precise as would be the case working in our own studio. I hope that the policies and statements here are sufficient to reassure you that we have a careful, considered and professional methodology.
It is important to add though that our approach is one of service and flexibility. That means that we are more than happy to discuss additions or amendments to our policies to ensure that they align with your requirements. If there is something missing that you need please let us know. When we are working on your premises then your own policies take precedence.
Drop us a note using the button below to start the conversation, it costs nothing and we are always open to new connections.
Thanks, James.

Staying safe while working
Before we start work
Before every job we:
Think about what could be dangerous

Never leave equipment where someone could trip
Check cables and batteries
Only use equipment we know how to use
If something is broken, we don’t use it.

Learning should be safe, fun, and supportive.
